The Sweat Session

Wednesdays 7:15-8pm, Studio A // Starting September 24, 2025 (Drop-In Style)

Turn your workout into a night out! The Sweat Session feels like being at the club—lights, music, and nonstop movement that torches calories while you’re too busy having fun to notice you’re working out.

We’ll spend 5 minutes warming up and about 28 minutes dancing, with 10 minutes dedicated to full-body toning in between followed by a 2 minute cool-down. A non-stop, DJ-mixed playlist leads the workout, along with the incredibly fierce Nicole Ravaschiere (@movewithcoles). 

Erin and Nicole’s fitness and dance worlds collide in this amazing class. PS: You don’t need to be a dancer to join The Sweat Session 😉

SALSA & SWING

Tuesdays 7:15-8pm, Studio C (6-week Session or Drop-In)

Spice up your week with our 6-week Salsa & Swing class! Learn fun, social dance moves in a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere—no partner required. Heels for ladies are optional.

Join us for an adult tap class! No experience needed. Tap utilizes rhythm, syncopation and sound in addition to movement. Grab your tap shoes and come!

COUNTRY LINE & CLUB DANCING

Thursdays 7:15-8pm, Studio C (6-week Session or Drop-In)

Kick up your boots and hit the floor! In this 6-week Country Line & Hustle class, you’ll master easy-to-follow moves, boost your confidence, and have a blast—no partner needed.
